Just as you value your superiors, so do you treat your subordinates with compassion.

The secret of their popularity was not to create problems but to come up with acceptable solutions. He was becoming a figure of humility and submission, but his awe was also amazing. Even if he was angry, love would be reflected in him. Look at every issue through the lens of wisdom and insight. This is about the days
when there was a new entry in my education department, there was a problem of entry of degrees in the service book. Someone told me a long way to go. The soul is the officer. He saw my original credentials and signed them very easily. I meet him with great politeness and respect that day and today. Haji Sahib served in various capacities.

The fact is that he was a great teacher and a great administrator. He knew the art of public dealing. He returned to his home pavilion after playing a brilliant inning of his academic career. However, his circle of friends is very wide, but his special comrades include Hakimullah, Sahibzada Hamid Mahmood, Jans Khan Asghar Ali, Hamid Jan, Ayaz Khan, and Aurangzeb.
