Bise Rawalpindi
The Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education Rawalpindi was established in October 1977 as a result of the partition of BISE Sargodha under the Punjab Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education Act No. XII in 1976.
BISE Rawalpindi was then confined to Attock District, Chakwal, Jhelum and Rawalpindi. (Ineffective Civil Division of Rawalpindi).
The main objective of the Board is to conduct and conduct all examinations related to Secondary School Certificate, Intermediate Classical Languages and other such examinations which may be assigned by the controlling authority / Government of Punjab.
